A full refund, no questions, if within 14 days of purchase: the report could not be generated; a line in it states something that is not on your page; or you simply did not find it useful. Reply to your Paddle receipt or contact [CONTACT EMAIL] with the private link. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Nothing is excluded within 14 days. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may lapse on delivery; this policy grants the 14 days regardless.
